I will be the Bass Soloist in the rarely heard Mozart orchestration of Handel’s Messiah in a 20 November performance at The Concourse, Concert Hall, Chatswood with the Willoughby Symphony Choir and Orchestra. The Mozart version (we’re still singing in English, not German) has a few small changes of orchestration, and a slight tapering of some movements - but retains all of the heart of soul of Handel’s masterwork.
I am delighted to be sharing the stage with friends and colleagues Amy Moore, Hannah Fraser, and Richard Butler all conducting by Peter Ellis.
